- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish or bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow dish or bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, making sure it is well coated.
- Place the chicken strips into the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
