Ingredients:
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1 package of onion soup mix
- 1 3/4 cups of water
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, uncooked rice, onion soup mix, and water. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.

- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In an 8x8 inch baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Stir well to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
