- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Scramble the eggs in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Combine the eggs with the rice and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Easy Fried Rice (Better than Takeout!)
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cooked rice
- 3/4 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of butter divided
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and the frozen peas and carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Moving the vegetables to the side of the pan or wok, add the scrambled eggs and cook until they are set.
- Combine the cooked rice with the veggies and eggs.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through and serve.
