Guys, I made the most amazing KFC Pot Pie last night, and I just had to share the recipe with you! I mean, we all know KFC has some of the best fast food out there, but their pot pie is next level. So, I scoured the internet (aka did a quick search on Google) and found the perfect recipe to recreate it at home. First things first, you need to gather your ingredients. You'll need two pre-made pie crusts, 2-3 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped), two cups of frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans, corn), one can of cream of chicken soup, one cup of chicken broth, salt, pepper, and a pinch of thyme. Now, let's get cooking. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a deep dish pie plate. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and the seasonings. Mix well, then pour the mixture into the pie crust. Now, it's time for the top crust. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the top of the filling. Seal the edges and cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape. Pop that beauty in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. And now, for the best part - eating!
