Freeze Chicken Noodle

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles

Instructions:
- In a large pot, add chicken broth, chicken breasts, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer, covered, for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove chicken breasts from the pot and shred with two forks. Set aside.
- Remove bay leaves from the pot and discard.
- Add egg noodles to the pot and let cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
- Add shredded chicken back into the pot and stir.
- Let soup cool completely. Once cooled, ladle soup into resealable freezer bags or airtight containers. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
