KFC Oven Baked Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tbsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried basil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and egg.
- Add chicken to the flour mixture and toss to coat.
- Dip coated chicken in the buttermilk mixture, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve and enjoy!
