Pork Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a skillet, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Add cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the mixture and stir well.
