Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Lay out the egg roll wrapper and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the pork mixture onto the center.
